We have streamlined the foreclosure process to make it more efficient and transparent. Customers are requested to approach their home branch to initiate the foreclosure process.
Key Highlights
- Approval: All foreclosure requests shall be submitted to the home branch for processing.
- Forclosure Letter: Will be issued by the home branch up on the approval from the Competent Authority.
- Turnaround Time: Foreclosure letters will be provided within 14 working days from the date of application.
- Payment: Demand Drafts (DD) will be accepted only after issuance of the foreclosure letter.
