Offer Make total Insurance premium payment of Rs.10,000 during the offer period and get up 3X Bonus Reward Points.
Categories Insurance premium payment (MCC: 6300, 6381, 5960 as defined by Mastercard/Visa/RuPay).
Offer Applicable on All Organic Federal Bank Debit and Credit Cards.
Reward Posting Eligible customers will receive the additional reward points within 60 days from the campaign end date.

Offer Period: 5th January 2026 till 31st March 2026 (both days inclusive).

Detailed Offer Terms
  • Customer will be eligible for additional reward points up to 3X on purchase or renewal of insurance premium for a minimum spend of ₹10,000 or more from 5th January 2026 to 31st March 2026.
  • Offer is valid only on insurance premium payments undertaken on Organic Federal Bank Credit and Debit Cards.
  • The offer is applicable only on insurance transactions (MCC: 6300, 6381, 5960 as defined by Mastercard/Visa/RuPay).
  • Participation in this offer is purely voluntary.
  • The offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.

  • The customer availing this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and be bound by the same.
  • The decision of Federal Bank regarding the offer shall be final and binding on customers.
  • Federal Bank makes no warranty or representation of any kind in relation to the network or its connectivity or service performance by the service provider, and the bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or incurred by the customer resulting from or in connection with the same.
  • Federal Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add, alter, modify, change, or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • Offer not applicable on EPIFI/Jupiter/Scapia/OneCard Debit/Credit Cards.

Standard Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

  • “Cardholder” – A person who is holding a valid Federal Bank Debit Card, as may be specified in the Offer T&Cs.
  • “Campaign Period / Offer Period / Validity” – The period during which the offer is valid.
  • “Offer T&Cs” – Terms & Conditions applicable for the respective individual offer.
  • “Transactions” – Any transaction carried out using a Federal Bank Debit Card which is not a charge, fee, or interest levied.
  • “Communication” – Refers to any SMS, Email, or Mobile App Push Notification sent by Federal Bank to the customer’s registered mobile number or email ID mentioning the offer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • The bank account linked to the card is required to be active.
  • Federal Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer online system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
  • The Campaign Period referred to as “Offer Period” or “Validity,” interchangeably, will be the one mentioned in the communication received by the customer.
  • Federal Bank reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • Any query regarding the offer will be entertained only till 31st March 2026, post which Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any person.
  • Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved by the Cardholder(s) directly with Federal Bank.
  • Images used in promotions or communications pertaining to the offer are for representation purposes only and Federal Bank shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
  • Federal Bank may use the services of agents for sales or marketing of the products which are exclusive copyrights of The Federal Bank Limited. All rights reserved.
  • Federal Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, claim, defect, or deficiency that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods purchased or services availed of by the Cardholder(s) under the offer.
  • The Federal Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card.
  • The offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products or services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
  • Logos and trademarks used are owned by respective entities. Federal Bank is authorised to use these logos and trademarks for offer or promotion purposes.
  • The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Federal Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may be suffered by Federal Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, the user agreement, or privacy policy (subject to change) published on the platform, by the Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by the Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
  • Any disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Federal Bank for this purpose.
  • Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi.
  • If the Cardholder(s) ceases to be Cardholder(s) at any time during the subsistence of the offer, all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s).
  • All communication or notices regarding this Program should be addressed to “The Federal Bank – AWFIS, 4th Floor, VIOS Tower, New Cuffe Parade, Antop Hill, Mumbai (400 037).”
  • Alternatively, customers can also contact Federal Bank’s Phone Banking Unit, Relationship Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
  • No substitutions or exchange of the offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder(s), shall be allowed.
  • All taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder(s), and Federal Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues.
  • Under no circumstance will the offer or discount being offered under this offer be settled with cash in lieu by Federal Bank.
  • These Standard Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution or derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Debit Card, as the case may be, issued by Federal Bank. In the event of any contradiction or disparity between the Offer T&Cs and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Offer T&Cs shall prevail.
  • This offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
  • This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
