Manage Recurring Transactions Registered on Merchant Website and App!
E mandate /Recurring Payment /Standing instruction is a payment method under RBI’s e-mandate guideline. You can register your Federal Bank Credit Card or Debit Card on a merchant’s app/website for recurring payments. Once registered, your payments will get automatically debited at pre-defined intervals.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
Please click here which will redirect you to a portal wherein you can manage or modify e-mandate on recurring transactions.
Enter your Federal Bank Credit Card /Debit card number and click Login
Enter the OTP received in your registered mobile number/Email id
On successful OTP validation, the list of e-mandates registered on your Federal bank Debit/Credit card will be displayed
Click on Edit to modify the end date and amount of the recurring subscription.
Option to cancel the e-mandate is also available in the portal.

Click on “Continue” on the landing page.
Click on "Sign up" and enter details such as name, email ID, and password.
Validate your email ID by entering the verification code received on your email.
Click "Submit" to proceed. After successful authentication of your email ID, a success message will be displayed.
You can use the email ID and password to log in and manage your Standing Instructions on the SI Hub portal.
