Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) is provided to meet working capital requirements.

Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) is provided to meet working capital requirements.

It shall be within the assessed working capital limits. It can be available as a sub limit of funded working capital limit.

Period of the loan is upto 12 months

Suitable for Mid / Large corporates having turnover more than Rs.500 Crores OR minimum exposure ( Funded + Non Funded) of Rs.25 Crores

Eligibility

All Corporates having turnover of Rs.500 Crores and above.

Preferably AAA , to A rated corporate (external rating is mandatory)
Corporates with short-term rating of P1+,PR1+ and top Corporates who do not have credit rating for their debt instruments, mainly Central PSUs/Corporations, Maharatna / Navaratna / Miniratna companies

Security

Primary

Hypothecation / extension of Hypothecation charge over the underlying current assets.

Collateral

Second charge on fixed assets and or hypothecation of machinery / assets , additional tangible security such as immovable properties / bank deposits etc.

Others

Personal guarantee of proprietors / partners / promoters OR Corporate guarantee
