Credit Card Cancellation Steps


1. Email Request

Send an email from your registered email ID to: creditcards@federalbank.co.in

2. Phone Banking (IVR Self-Service Flow)

Call our 24×7 customer care numbers:

  • Resident Customers: 1800 420 1199, 1800 425 1199
  • Non-Resident Customers: 0484 2630994

Follow these steps:

  1. Press 3 (Credit Cards)
  2. Press 2 (Services)
  3. Enter last 4 digits of your card number
  4. Enter Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY format)
  5. Press 4 (Card Closure Request)

3. SMS Request

Send an SMS from your registered mobile number:

Keyword: CCCANCEL

Format: CCCANCEL <Last 4 digits of your Credit Card number>

Send to: +91 9873662838

4. FedMobile App

You can also raise a request through the FedMobile app:

  1. Open FedMobile App
  2. Go to Credit Card → Help & Support
  3. Select "How do I place request to close my credit card"
  4. Click Raise Ticket
  5. Type Credit card closure
  6. Click Submit

5. Through FedNet (Internet Banking)

  1. Login to FedNet
  2. Go to Help & Support
  3. Select "How do I place request to close my credit card"
  4. Click Raise Ticket
  5. Type Credit Card closure
  6. Click Submit
