Offer terms:
- Offer valid only for customers who have been informed of the campaign through either SMS/ Email/ Push Notification / WhatsApp
- Customer will get Swiggy Gift Voucher worth ₹250 on achievement of the target online spends in Food Category.
- Target Spends will vary basis per customer and same will be communicated to the customer through SMS/Email.
- Minimum 2 online transactions in Food category are required to qualify for the offer.
- Customer will be communicated about the gift voucher via SMS/Email within 60 days from the offer period end date.
- The offer is applicable only on online transactions done in Food Category (MCC: 5812, 7011, 5814, 5262, 5451, 5441, 5811, 5422).
- The offer is not applicable for transactions done at ATMs, POS terminals, or via contactless payments.
- This Offer is not applicable for transactions done on Fuel, Rental, Wallet load and Cash withdrawal transactions.
- Offer is funded by VISA
- Participation to this offer is purely voluntary.
- The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.

Definitions:
The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out herein unless repugnant to the context:
- “Cardholder” – A person holding a valid Federal Bank Credit Card.
- “Campaign Period / Offer Period / Validity” – The period during which the offer is valid.
- “Offer T&Cs” – Terms & Conditions applicable for respective individual offer.
- “Transactions” – any transaction using the Federal Bank Credit Card not being a charge/fee/interest.
- “Communication” – any SMS/Email/Push Notification/WhatsApp sent informing about the offer.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Bank Account linked to the Card is required to be active and non-delinquent.
- Federal Bank is not liable if offer cannot be availed due to technical or network issues.
- Offer Period/Validity will be the one mentioned in the customer communication.
Federal Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason or prior intimation.
- Queries regarding the offer will be entertained only till 90 days from campaign end date.
- Images used in communications are for representation only.
- Nothing herein constitutes solicitation or advice.
- Federal Bank may use agents for sales/marketing activities.
- The Bank shall not be liable for any loss/damage/defect arising from goods/services purchased under the offer.
- Bank may disqualify any Cardholder for fraudulent activity.

- Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Bank.

- Offer benefits lapse if Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder.

- No substitution/exchange of the offer beyond what is communicated.
