Steps to be followed for creating the Challan by the customer for making GST Payment
- Customer needs to create challan by accessing GST Portal https://www.gst.gov.in/
- Select Services>>Payments>>Create Challan
- Enter GST number ,Captcha and proceed
- Enter the Amount
- Challan will be created.(It will have Common Portal Identification Number (CPIN) bearing 14 Digits
Single User
- Customer needs to select E-Payment option and click on generate challan.
- User logs into FedOne and submits the payment; no further action is required.
Maker Checker
- Customer needs to select E-Payment option and click on generate challan.
- Maker user logs into FedOne and submits the payment.
- Checker user can approve the payment from the Payment Action screen of FedOne.
- Customer needs to select E-Payment option and click on generate challan
- Log on to FedNet
- Using Fednet can complete the Tax Payment
- Customer needs to select E-Payment option and click on generate challan.
- Customer needs to choose the payment mode—Credit Card / Debit Card or BHIM UPI.
- The customer shall select Federal Bank from the list of available banks and proceed by clicking on Make Payment.
- The payment can be completed using any valid UPI application or any valid Credit or Debit Card.
- Customer needs to select “Over the Counter” option select “Federal Bank” choose either Cash / DD/Cheque and click on generate Challan.
- Download a Challan Copy
- Confirm the details entered and bring the Challan copy to the Bank Branch
- Hand it over to the branch official along with Cash /DD / Cheque for making payment.
- Customer needs to select NEFT / RTGS option , select “Federal Bank” and click on generate Challan.
- Make payment through NEFT / RTGS through online or offline mode.
