  1. Duly filled Corporate Registration Form (CHO-1) Form
  2. PAN of the corporate
  3. Certificate of Incorporation / Trust Deed
  4. GST Certificate
  5. KYC documents of two Nodal Officers (PAN & Aadhaar)
