Travel Bookings (Platform by CDNA Technologies Private Limited)
The content of the Platform is the property of CDNA Technologies Private Limited (the “Company” or “Us” or “We” or “Our”). We are an information technology company inter-alia engaged in the business of building software products, the Company has developed a proprietary Platform, which can be integrated with various mobile banking Platforms to provide merchant aggregation, user engagement services (both directly and indirectly), and enables transactions and certain other services through Company’s merchant network Platform.
Your use of the Platform and the Services (as defined below) is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you cannot use the Platform.
We provide the Services in a direct and indirect form, as the case may be i.e. as a merchant/reseller or as an intermediary. Therefore, these Terms of Use have been divided into three parts namely Part A (applicable to Services provided by Company as a Merchant, to be referred as “Direct Services”), Part B (applicable to Services provided by Company as an intermediary, to be referred as “Indirect Services”) and Part C (terms and conditions applicable to provision of both Direct Services and Indirect Services). Collectively the Direct Services and Indirect Services are referred to as “Services”.
Depending on the kind of Service utilised by You through the Platform i.e. Direct Services or Indirect Services, Part A or Part B may be applicable respectively, as the case may be. Whereas, Part C of these Terms of Use is applicable to you regardless of the kind of Service availed by You.
Platform
By using the Platform, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use as well as the Company’s privacy policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein. These Terms of Use set out the legally binding terms of the Services as well as the terms of use of the Platform.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “you” or “your” shall mean any natural or legal person who visits the Platform and/or transacts business on the Platform and/ or uses the Services by providing registration information on the respective bank’s mobile platform.

These Terms of Use along with the Company’s privacy policy extend to users who visit the Platform but do not avail the Services or transact on the Platform as well as users who are registered and are authorized by the Platform to transact business or avail the Services on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Platform or the Services offered by Us for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use so that you will be apprised of any changes. Nothing in these Terms of Use should be construed to confer any rights to any third party beneficiaries.
PART A: Terms and conditions applicable for services provided by Company
Provision of Direct Services
The Platform can be utilised by You to procure Direct Services provided by Us. Certain services categorised as Direct Services are directly provided by Us and We control all the transactions in relation to Direct Services.
The commercial/contractual terms regulating the provision of Direct Services are provided by Us. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation, price, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery (if applicable), warranties related to products, services and after-sales services related to any of the Direct Services.
We at all times retain the right to engage an agent or a sub-contractor to offer/provide/render the Direct Services to You.
You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular Direct Services that you choose to avail and use your best judgment in that regard.
Cancellation
You may cancel Your order for the any of Direct Services after placing the order by making a cancel request with Us through the Platform or through such other modes of cancelation provided by Us. In such a case We may refund any payments already made by You for the order received at Our discretion. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by You or any transaction which is in violation of these terms and conditions, we, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to initiate the cancellation of such orders placed by You.
Pricing and Product Availability
We will display on the Platform, information on price and availability of the Direct Services provided by Us. The information available on the Platform is displayed by Us in an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ form. For any order placed by You, the price shall be the price prevailing at the date on which the order is placed. The prices listed on the Platform are not negotiable.
Despite the best efforts of the Company, such information on the price and availability of the Direct Services may be inaccurately displayed on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and the Company does not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. The prices on the Platform are also subject to change without notice.
Payment
The Company offers multiple payment options to You on the Platform for making payments for the Direct Services availed by You. The Payments made by You are to be directly made by You to the bank account as designated by Us and which will be informed to You at the time of making the payment.
Online Payment: You can make online payments using your credit card or debit card or through net banking or directly through the bank’s mobile application through which you have accessed the Platform or through mobile wallets or any other payment methods as made available to You by Us or by the bank either through the Platform or through bank’s mobile application which You use for accessing the Platform.
Delivery
Delivery of the Direct Services may be dependent on third party service providers or sub-contractors engaged by Us. We will take best efforts to ensure that the Direct Services provided by Us are provided to You without any delay, but We do not warrant the delivery of the Services without any delay.
PART B: Terms and conditions applicable for services provided by third party sellers
Platform for Transaction and Communication
The Platform is a software tool that You may utilise to procure Indirect Services from various suppliers or Sellers for their requirements. The Company is not and under no circumstances will be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between You and third party suppliers/Sellers in relation to Indirect Services.
All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between you and the Sellers of the Indirect Services (“Seller/s”) alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation, price, shipping costs or handling charges, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery (if applicable), warranties related to services. We do not have any control or do not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between you and the Sellers.
Once you agree to avail a service from a Seller, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use, of the Seller. All transactions between you and the Seller will be governed by the terms and conditions provided by the Seller and as may be applicable.
We do not make any representations or warranties as to specifics of the Indirect Services. The Company does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any Indirect Services. The Company accepts no liability for errors, omissions, delays, non‑performance, stock issues, quality issues or disputes between you and Sellers.
You shall independently verify the bona fides of any Seller before transacting. We never gain title to any Indirect Services nor do we mediate disputes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order as per the Seller’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if any, are based on Seller terms. If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, We reserve the absolute right to cancel such transactions.
Pricing and Product Availability
Prices and availability of Indirect Services are uploaded by Sellers. Displayed information is “as is” and may be inaccurate. Company may correct errors but does not honour erroneous prices.
Payment
Payments for Indirect Services are collected by Us on behalf of Sellers. Online payments may be made by card, net banking, wallets, or available methods on the Platform.
Delivery
Delivery is governed solely by Seller policy. We are not responsible for delays or failure of delivery.
PART C: General terms and conditions applicable to all Users
Access
Use of the Platform is available only to persons legally eligible to contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors and persons incompetent to contract are not eligible. Minors above 10 years must comply with additional rules under “Use of Facility by Minor Account Holders”.
Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or upgrades.
Platform may contain UGC which is not pre-screened. Views expressed in UGC do not represent Company’s views.
Cookie Policy
Cookies store user preferences and track usage trends. You may adjust browser settings to disable cookies. By accepting cookies, you consent to use of collected data.
Limited Licence for Access
You are granted a limited licence to access and make personal use of the Platform. Commercial use, derivative use, data mining, copying, reproducing, resale, framing or unauthorized linking are prohibited.
Representations and Warranties
You hereby represent and warrant that you shall not:
- host, upload, post or transmit content belonging to another without rights;
- post harmful, obscene, illegal, abusive, defamatory or hateful material;
- harm minors in any way;
- infringe IP rights or privacy rights;
- advertise or promote unauthorized products;
- mislead or impersonate;
- upload viruses or malicious code;
- threaten national security, public order, or incite offences.
You shall not engage in activities like “flaming”, “spamming”, “phishing”, “trolling”, or modifying Platform content without authorization.
Usage of promo code by the Company
Promo code usage may be refused anytime. Expired codes cannot be used. Proof of code may be required. Promo codes may be restricted to specific orders, dates, or events and cannot be clubbed with other offers.
Nuclei Cash
Definitions
“Nuclei Platform”, “Customer”, “Nuclei Cash” and all related terms have the meanings specified in the text provided.
General Terms
- Nuclei Cash accrues on completed transactions.
- Terms may be changed anytime.
Accrual Conditions
- Credited within 48 hours after transaction.
- Not credited if services are cancelled or returned.
- Accrues only on Out‑of‑Pocket payments.
- Non‑transferable, non‑negotiable, non‑redeemable by cash.
- Expires in 60 days of inactivity.
- Refunds via Nuclei Cash valid for 1 year.
Redemption
Nuclei Cash redeemable only for Recharge, Bill Payment & Internal Deals.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, trademarks, material, layout, code and design are owned or licensed by the Company.
Communications
Usage constitutes consent to receive electronic communications. SMS alerts may be sent to registered mobile numbers.
Termination
The Company may terminate Platform access at any time.
Amendments
The Company may change Platform, policies or Terms anytime.
Disclaimer, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Company disclaims all warranties, liability, indirect damages, errors, interruptions, or third‑party actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Bangalore; Ernakulam courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability
If a provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue.
Complete Understanding
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement.
Assignment
User cannot assign rights; Company may assign without notice.
Privacy Statement
Using the Platform constitutes consent to collection, storage, sharing, and processing of Personal Information as described. Public posts may be visible to others. Company is not liable for misuse by third parties.
